Hi, I my name is Zaneta.
I spent 13 years in enterprise delivery, most of it in financial services, before founding Novaryn. I'm PMP, CSM, and PSM certified, and I've worked fully remote for 6+ years, so I know what it takes to keep operations running smoothly without being in the room. For the past two years, I've worked as a dedicated virtual assistant for a trauma therapist and neuropsychologist, which is where my understanding of HIPAA-aware workflows and practitioner-world sensitivity actually comes from. I'm also HIPAA certified, so you're not training someone on the basics. Now I bring that same structure to private practitioners: therapists, neuropsychologists, and other providers who need someone who already understands how their work needs to run, so support starts on solid ground.
